No way to get rid of year and month in permalink even by using custom permalink

Test clearing comments vi "Remove content" and "Delete

Let us publish this post, then make a few test comments, then test deleting/removing content

Result:

Test comment no. 1 @ 8:11, after clicking "Remove content", content of comment removed, but comment stays in the post with the content of the comment removed plus comment stays in the Dashboard

Test comment no. 2 @ 8.14, after clicking "Delete", all signs of the comment disappear both in the post as well as in the Dashboard

Testing the code for iFrame because a commentator said How to embed website in blog with iFrame didn't work for him. As you can see, I can embed that page below so there is nothing wrong with the code.
